Overview
Planning across Brightspace classes starts with enrolled-course details: names, codes, and identifiers for further queries. Deadline lookups collect assignments, quizzes, and other due items within a chosen time window. Grades can be retrieved for an individual class or across enrollments, including points, percentages, and comments. Assignment results add submission status and rubric details, while announcements can be scoped to a course or gathered across courses. Together, these tools supply context for questions about unfinished work and study priorities.
Material retrieval follows the course hierarchy through modules, topics, files, and links. Results can be narrowed by module title or limited in depth, and files from course content or assignment submissions can be downloaded locally. Syllabus retrieval returns overview text and can also download an attachment. Discussion queries expose forums and topics before narrowing to posts in a selected topic. Roster lookups show instructors and teaching assistants by default, with students available as an option; a separate email lookup covers everyone in the class. An authentication tool checks whether the Brightspace login is active.
